Artists such as Elvis Presley, Janis Joplin and Taj Mahal turned her early songs into hits, while her own successful recording career has spanned eighteen albums. Buffy also has a PhD in Fine Arts and is a tireless political activist, continuing to represent the rights of indigenous peoples worldwide.
